Quotes and service terms
Quote requests submitted through this site are inquiries, not contracts. Freight services are governed by our Conditions of Services Provided and the applicable Bill of Lading, both available on the Documents page.
Driver applications
Submitting an interest form or application does not constitute an offer of employment. Employment decisions follow our driver fitness requirements and applicable federal regulations (FMCSA).
Intellectual property
The C & E Logistics name, logo, and site content belong to C & E Logistics, LLC and may not be used without permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to services we don't operate — including the Tenstreet driver application and the FMCSA SAFER system. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for their content.
No warranties
This website and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep information accurate and current but don't guarantee it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C & E Logistics, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
