Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site — a freight quote request, a driver interest form, or a contact message — we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, and the details of your request (such as freight lane information or CDL experience).

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered by email to our operations or recruiting team and used only to respond to your request. Driver interest submissions are used to contact you about driving opportunities; if you check the consent box, we may also call or text you about your application.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Website analytics

We use Microsoft Azure Application Insights to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, forms submitted). Our analytics configuration does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Site assistant

Questions you type into the site assistant are processed by an AI service hosted in Microsoft Azure to generate an answer. Don't include sensitive personal information in assistant messages.

Calls and text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on a driver interest form, you agree that C & E Logistics may call or text you at the number you provided about your application and driving opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@celogisticsusa.com or calling 616.803.0172.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics runs in a cookieless configuration, and we don't build profiles of visitors across other websites.

Third-party services

The driver application process is operated by Tenstreet (intelliapp.driverapponline.com), which has its own privacy practices. Documents you download from this site are provided for business use.

Data retention and security

Form submissions are retained as long as needed to handle your request — driver applications per federal record-keeping requirements, business inquiries for our normal business records. We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transmission, access-controlled cloud infrastructure), though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email contact@celogisticsusa.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If your state's privacy law grants you specific rights, we honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and CDL-licensed drivers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the update here with a new effective date.
